To use joinr, you need an active internet connection. Roaming charges depend on your individual contract terms with your mobile provider.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can create your user account by either signing in with your Facebook or Apple ID, or by manually entering your details and registering
To find out which of your contacts also have joinr installed, click on the “Contacts” menu at the bottom center of your screen to view your contacts.
You can invite contacts to joinr by clicking on the “Share” tile in your created group. You can then select the appropriate channel and send an invitation to your group in joinr if they don’t already have the app installed.
You can update the joinr app directly in the App Store by going to “Updates” and updating your joinr app. If updating is not possible, your iPhone might have already automatically updated it, so no further update is needed.
Your app purchase is saved in your App Store. Therefore, you can delete the joinr software from your phone at any time and download it again through the App Store whenever you want.
If you receive an error message, you can click on the “Settings” menu at the bottom right of your screen and then on the “Contact” submenu. You can describe your problem to the support team to help resolve the issue quickly.
After downloading the joinr app, you can automatically input the required data. To do this, click on your profile picture on the home screen and then click on “Account.”
You can change your phone number by clicking on your profile picture on the home screen and then selecting “Account” to change your phone number.
If you’re signed into joinr with your Facebook account and you’ve forgotten your password, you need to change your password through your Facebook account.
You can change your password by clicking on your profile picture on the home screen, then on the “Account” submenu, and finally on “Change Password.”
You can log out of joinr by clicking on your profile picture on the home screen and then selecting “Logout.”
You can delete your account by clicking on your profile picture on the home screen, then on the “Account” submenu, and selecting “Delete Account.”
